The Finance Department's
mission is to support the City government in its efforts to maintain and
enhance its services to our residents by providing financial and procurement
services and resources. This department assures that the financial and
procurement policies, practices, and records of the City comply with all
federal, state, and local laws and regulations while maintaining a system of
controls to safeguard the City's financial resources.
These controls are important because the City and its
employees are guardians of public funds and trust. Public confidence is a
necessity that must be cultivated and maintained. Our customers are very
important to us, therefore, we make customer service a top priority. We

of business as simply and efficiently as possible.
