The City Administrator oversees personnel rules and procedures, ensuring compliance with state and federal laws. The Administrator also maintains adequate staffing levels through equal opportunity recruitment efforts, strives to retain qualified personnel, maintains confidential personnel records, and manages and administers benefit programs in an efficient manner. Ultimately, the City Administrator provides day to day leadership and manages all City departments under the direction of the City Council. |
